Question
- How can I create a new Workflow?
- How can I create new Compliance tasks?
Overview
Note
If you are a part of a franchise or TPA that dispatches claims, it is important to note that any workflows built by your Admin franchise for program work cannot be edited or deleted. However, you can change or add progress/completion monitors.
The Workflow Manager, located in the Administration area of your Job Management software, is a powerful tool designed for setting up and managing action item triggers. This feature enables you to create workflow templates that instruct the software on when to activate an action item, prompting an employee to complete a designated task.
Key Features
- Workflow Templates Creation: Design templates to automate the triggering of action items for employee reminders.
- Progress Notifications: Implement notifications to manage action items, both before and after they reach the “past due” status. This function not only automates processes but also reduces the workload for administrators and fosters employee accountability.
User Interface
The Workflow builder interface is split into two main sections:
- Left-Hand Side: Here, users can filter visible workflows in the adjacent section.
- Right-Hand Side: Displays the active workflows based on the selected filter. By default, the filter is set to ‘All Work Flows,’ showing all active workflows in the system. To view workflows for specific divisions, loss types, etc., users need to expand the desired category by clicking the plus sign and then applying the chosen filter.
