• Why aren't notes syncing between DASH and Mitigate?
• Some notes will not transfer from DASH to MICA

Answer

There are a couple of reasons that notes may not transfer from DASH to MICA:

• Is the correct MICA job linked to the correct DASH job? You will want to ensure that your jobs are correctly linked between systems in order for the communication of notes, dates, documents, etc to flow. See this article for more information on how to verify that the right job in DASH is linked up to the right job in MICA.
• Are the notes public or private? Public notes entered into DASH will sync over into the linked loss in MICA. You will see a yellow M next to a public note when it is syncing, and once it turns green, it will be available in the job in MICA. However, if the note is marked as private, it will not sync from DASH Into MICA.
