Production Summary Dashboard setup

Overview

This article includes typical settings for creating a Production Summary dashboard. Production Summary Dashboards can provide a 12 month overview of sales and production.

Production Summary Dashboard

  • Dashboard name: Production Summary
  • Type: Stacked

 


Names of Dashlets and their settings:

  • NOTE: The Settings listed below are just suggestions for this Dashlet. You will want to consult with your Sales/Marketing team to verify that you are using the same settings that they are.

  • "Jobs Sold Into Work"
    • Period: Set to Last12Months. This provides a continuous rolling 12-month data set.
    • Column Type: Set it to Normal. This represents a summation of the invoices, by contact month over month.
    • Excluded Estimator: Select nothing. Selecting any estimator will exclude jobs to whom that estimator was assigned in Luxor's Estimator field from the data in the Dashlet.
    • Excluded Project Managers: Select nothing. Selecting any PM will exclude jobs to whom that PM was assigned in Luxor's PM field from the data in the Dashlet.
    • Excluded Field Offices: Select nothing. Selecting any field office will exclude jobs associated to that field office from the data in the Dashlet.
    • Excluded Tracking Group: Select nothing. Selecting any tracking group will exclude jobs in that tracking group from the data in the Dashlet.
       
  • "Sales by Project Manager"
    • Period: Set to Last12Months. This provides a continuous rolling 12-month data set.
    • Column Type: Set it to Normal. This represents a summation of the invoices, by contact month over month.
    • Excluded Project Managers: Select nothing. Selecting any PM will exclude jobs to whom that PM was assigned in Luxor's PM field from the data in the Dashlet.
    • Excluded Field Offices: Select nothing. Selecting any field office will exclude jobs associated to that field office from the data in the Dashlet.
    • Excluded Tracking Group: Select nothing. Selecting any tracking group will exclude jobs in that tracking group from the data in the Dashlet.

  • "Sales by Estimator"

  • "$ by Project Manager" (Dashlet Type = Amount by Project Manager)
    • Period: Set to Year. This provides a continuous rolling 12-month data set.
    • Column Type: Set it to Normal. This represents a summation of the invoices, by contact month over month.
    • Project Managers: Select all Project Managers.
    • Excluded Field Offices: Select nothing. Selecting any field office will exclude jobs associated with that field office from the data in the Dashlet.
