"Unable to initialize the app" or "unable to authenticate login" error into the mobile app

Issue

  • Receiving an error that says "unable to initialize the app" when logging in
  • "Unable to authenticate login" error when logging into DASH  mobile

 


Solution

These errors can occur when your phone is not able to connect to your cell service or when it is unable to connect to a strong WiFi signal. Relocate to an area with a stronger cellular or WiFi connection and try to log in again.
