Date sync between DASH, MICA, and Claims Connect

Overview

Disclaimer

As of 2023, we have enabled the synchronization of new (or edited) dates between MICA and Claims Connect with DASH. Previously, Dates added or updated in DASH were synced with MICA & Claims Connect, but changes in MICA & Claims Connect did not sync back to DASH.  This change ensures dates are consistent across all 3 platforms, reducing confusion from mismatched dates and improving work accuracy.

Things to note:

  • This sync between systems will only work if the MICA or Claims Connect assignment is linked to the job/claim in DASH.
  • Target completion date wont sync if the date value was in the past. Target completion date must be a value in the future.
  • Mitigation Start & Mitigation End Dates wont sync if they are not configured for the company.
  • A user called API Account will be listed as the date editor in the dates audit log.
  • Keep in mind that dates that come from MICA or Claims Connect will sync to DASH (if the job is linked), therefore, date adds/edits can trigger a compliance task to fire as part of your Work Flow configuration.
