- Can I still use MICA mobility instead of the new Mitigate mobile application?
- Can I use both the MICA Mobile apps and the new Mitigate mobile app?
Answer
Mitigate will be backwards compatible, but we encourage you to finish documenting projects in the version of MICA where you began documenting them. There are new features in Mitigate that capture more data. Using both applications on the same project will limit the benefit of that additional data.
We are giving all of our users a transition period to continue to use the MICA mobile applications while getting used to Mitigate. Eventually however, we will sunset MICA mobile and Mitigate mobile will become the standard. At this time the MICA mobility is scheduled to be sunset later in 2024.
