- How can I deactivate / delete a user in CRM™ (fka Luxor)?
Answer
NOTE: For companies that have the DASH and CRM sync, you will not be able to inactivate users from CRM and will instead need to inactivate them directly in DASH.
There are two ways to prevent access to CRM.
- You can remove the "User License" from their profile
- This may be helpful when you want to keep a user in the system but do not want them to be able to log in
- This may be helpful when you want to keep a user in the system but do not want them to be able to log in
- You can delete/remove them from the system (see steps below)
- Important Note: before removing the user permanently from the system, you may want to build views to re-assign any contacts or jobs to other salespeople in the system.

- Log into your CRM environment
- Navigate to "Admin" (upper right-hand corner)
- Click on User Management
- Locate the user's profile
- Click the "Remove" button at the top of their profile
