Issue

• The Claim Information and Accounting Information quadrants of the job slideboard are blank / not displaying any information

Solution

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. If only the Claim and Accounting Information section of the job slideboard is blank, make sure that an Office location is added to the job
2. You can do this by navigating to the job in DASH 
3. Click on the edit/pencil icon next to Job Information then make a selection from the Office dropdown
