Issue

Solution
Your account becomes locked after too many failed login attempts.
A Luxor account can be unlocked by any user in your Luxor environment who has access to the Admin > User Management section of the system. The Admin will need to follow these steps to unlock an account:
- Navigate to Admin > User Management
- Locate the employee/user's profile that is locked
- At the very top of their profile page, you will see the Unlock button
- Click this to unlock the account
If you are the only user in your account with access to Admin and therefore cannot unlock your own account, please reach to our support team by following the contact info below.
