Before proceeding, it's important to note that there are two methods for adding new users to Restoration CRM, depending on whether your CRM environment is connected to a DASH environment (job management system).

How to Determine if Your Environment is Integrated with DASH
- Go to the Admin section of CRM by clicking on the dropdown icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Restoration CRM environment.
- Then select Admin Settings
- Click on User Management.
- On the User Management page, select any user from the left-hand menu.
- If you see buttons labeled "Add User at Same Level" or "Add User Below Selected," you have a CRM environment without DASH sync. Proceed to the relevant section below.
- If those buttons are not visible, your CRM environment is synced with DASH. Continue to the section titled "Adding users in CRM with DASH sync."
Adding users in CRM without DASH sync
To add a new user in CRM (fka Luxor) you will want to follow the steps listed below:
- Go to the Admin section of CRM by clicking on the dropdown icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Restoration CRM environment.
- Then select Admin Settings
- Click on User Management
- Once you are on the User Management page, click on any user from the left-hand menu.
- Then, you can either click on the "Add User at Same Level" button or the "Add User Below Selected" button.
- Once the new user profile page is open (after choosing one of the options in Step 4), you will be able to add all of the user's contact information.
- Fill out the new user's contact information, including Name, Email address, Username, and Password. Provide the password to the new user for login (new users do not receive a registration email).
- Assign Permissions and Security Groups.
- Ensure you add the "User License" or else the new user will be unable to log in. If necessary, add the "Luxor Support Module" license for access to the Opportunities module.
Adding users in CRM with DASH sync
If you have the DASH sync set up with your CRM environment then you will need to add your user to DASH first, before setting them up in Restoration CRM. See this page for more information on how to create a new user in DASH
- Set up the user in DASH. Refer to this page for instructions on creating a new user in DASH.
- Once the profile is set up in DASH, proceed to configure their profile in Restoration CRM..
- Go to the Admin section of CRM by clicking on the dropdown icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Restoration CRM environment.
- Then select Admin Settings
- Click on User Management.
- Locate the user's job title associated with their DASH profile from the list on the left side.
- Click on the user's name.
- Ensure all required fields and options are correct, including Name, Email address, Username, Password, Permissions, and Security Groups.
- Ensure you add the User License or else the new user will be unable to log in. If necessary, add the "Luxor Support Module" license for access to the Opportunities module.
