• How can I upload a document via DASH compliance tasks in Mitigate
• Why isn't my MICA web template showing in Mitigate for signing on a DASH compliance task?
• Signing documents from DASH inside Mitigate mobile

Answer

1. NOTE: please note that the job must 1) be linked to a Mitigate job and 2) have a compliance task with "expose compliance task to Mitigate" enabled
2. Open the Mitigate app
3. Navigate the job you want to complete the compliance task on
4. Click on the Task List icon on the job page to open the task list
   
5. Tap on the DASH tab to show DASH compliance tasks that are pending
   
6. Select the compliance task related to documents (Work Auth, COS, etc)
   
7. The next step will depend on whether the customer has signed already or not
   • If the document is already signed, it will show on the list of documents to select
     
   • If the document is not already signed, you can click "Go To Documents" to choose a document
8. Select Complete - you will then notice it is uploaded to DASH in the Documents tab on the job
