Adding Components or Customer No. Total to a job

Question

  • How can I add a Customer No. Total PDF or a Components PDF to a job 
  • I have already uploaded (or imported) an estimate, how can I add Customer No. Total or Components?

 


Answer

You can easily upload additional estimate-related PDFs: 

  1. Navigate to the job page/slideboard of the job you want to add a PDF to
  2. Scroll down to the Accounting Information quadrant of the job page
  3. Click on Estimate Tracker


  4. Locate the last uploaded or imported estimate from the list
  5. Select the drop-down icon next to Components or Customer No Total and click Upload
