Note
Any scope data that you collect in Mitigate (fka MICA) can be transferred to Xactimate. This includes sketches, line items, and pictures. This works for claims that didn’t originate in XactAnalysis, therefore this integration works for self-pay or non-program jobs

Create a data request
- Open the project in Xactimate.
- Click into Parameters and add a price list
- Then click on Tools (1) and Vendor Exchange (2)
- Click the plus sign for Mitigate (fka MICA)
- Before filling in the required information you will need to go into the Mica
website and click on the box labeled "How to Send to Xactimate" and grab
that Loss ID for that job.
- Fill in the required information (1) and click Send (2)
Accept Data in Xactimate
- Click "Save and Exit”.
- Then click the refresh icon on the top right of the screen. Wait for approximately 10
minutes. - Once the vendor exchange is complete you will hear an alert. Click the bell icon to
view the project.
