This is a warning callout
This article covers issues uploading estimates into DASH. This is different from errors on the estimate tracker page for Validate (fka QA Assist).
First, did you receive any of these specific errors?
- "We are sorry but this PDF estimate could not be parsed by our program" when uploading Xactimate estimate
- “The estimate being uploaded is missing Recap by Category, which is required for parsing“ message when uploading Xactimate estimate
If your error was not one of the ones listed above, please contact our Support team and include the following information to expedite your request:
- Company ID
- A screenshot or copy of the error you received
- A PDF copy of the data estimate that you are uploading
- Please have the project's .ESX file ready to provide to the Support representative in case your incident needs to be escalated. See this article for more information on how to generate a . ESX file within Xactimate:
