Why has my sketch not synced to AccuServe (fka CodeBlue)?
Sketch did not upload to AccuServe from MICA

Answer

To send the sketch to AccuServe (fka CodeBlue), you must create a Mitigation Report before pressing the "Send to CodeBlue" button in MICA. However, if you have already pressed the "Send to CodeBlue" button, just generate the Mitigation Report in MICA. Once it has been created, click the "Send to CodeBlue button again.
