Issue

• Error code received when trying to export a job from DASH to Mitigate (fka MICA)
• "Error Description: The MICA system returned the ID for an existing MICA Assignment which cannot be linked to this Job due to the MICA Assignment already being linked to other Jobs. Existing Linked Job"

Solution

You cannot export the job to Mitigate (fka MICA) CA because the job in Mitigate (fka MICA) is already linked to a different job in DASH.

To resolve this error, you will need to unlink the Mitigate (fka MICA) job from the DASH job it’s currently linked to, then link the correct one to its Mitigate (fka MICA) assignment. 

1. Navigate to the job that the Mitigate (fka MICA) job is currently linked to.
2. Click on "Linked Assignment Information" button to expand your linked assignments.
   
3. Click "Unlink" next to the Mitigate (fka MICA) job.
4. Navigate back to the job in DASH  that you want linked to the Mitigate (fka MICA) job.
5. Click "Export Assignment" and then choose "MICA" from the dropdown.
