Issue

• Readings are not visible in Mitigate but are visible on MICA web
• Moisture readings are showing in MICA web, but do not show in Mitigate

Solution

A common cause of readings not showing in Mitigate is because the loss does not have a drying chamber. Try adding a drying chamber to the loss, then add the rooms to that drying chamber.
