Answer

To change start time on equipment in Mitigate, you have to reset the equipment time using the reset button under the Equipment Details:

1. Open the loss in Mitigate mobile
2. Navigate to the Drying Chamber with the equipment that you want to edit
3. Click on the equipment to open it up
4. Select the Reset Button to remove the current Start Time
   
5. Then select the play button to set the new Start time
   
6. Choose a date from the calendar popup window
7. Save your changes
