Engage (fka ProAssist) user cannot see all photo albums

Question

  • Why can the homeowner/subcontractor only see some albums in the Engage (fka ProAssist) portal?

 


Answer

The Engage (fka ProAssist) portal recipient (homeowner, subcontractor, etc) should only be able to see their designated photo album and any public photo albums. If there are some photo albums that they cannot see, first, make sure they are set to Public visibility in your DASH environment:

  1. In Restoration DASH, navigate to the job's page/slideboard
  2. Click on the Photos album tab
  3. Click "Manage Photos and Albums"
  4. Select the photo album from the left-hand side of the photos tab
  5. Select Update Album
  6. Set the visibility to Public
