Settings
In order to access and use the Marketing Module in CRM (fka Luxor), you will first need to ensure that your Email Settings are configured - see this article for more information DNS / Email Client settings in CRM (fka Luxor)
Note
The Marketing module should not be used by someone who is not utilizing your company's domain inside of Admin > User Management.
If you want to send a mass marketing email and/or create multiple marketing campaign issues, you may want to check out this article instead - Creating Marketing Campaigns & Issues. Campaigns allow you to track the success of a campaign by monitoring its statistics.
You can send emails out of LuxorCRM without creating a campaign by using the "Send Email" button located under the Marketing module in CRM (fka Luxor).
- Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) system
- Click on the Marketing module from the left-hand navigation menu
- Click "Send Email" from the actions menu on the left-hand side
- Enter the email address you would like the "From"/sender to be
- You can then search for specific contacts to send the email to OR select an existing target list
- Then choose the desired email template
