- How do I link a new XactAnalysis or Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect or Symbility) assignment to a job/claim I have already created within DASH?

If your company is a part of a franchise that uses a dispatching service within DASH for program jobs, please note that you cannot link a dispatched assignment/Claim to a locally created Job.
Corporate dispatched assignments/Claims may only be linked to existing Claims. Call your dispatch center to request that the new assignment be attached to your already existing Claim. If you created a Job instead of a Claim, they will be unable to link the new assignment to that locally created Job.
If you need the assignment to be attached to a job/claim that already exists within DASH do the following.
- Go to the job/claim by searching for the job number within
- From that job Slideboard, click on Linked Assignment Information
- Click Link Job to Assignment and choose Not Linked to Any Claim
- Choose the platform associated with the assignment in the dropdown on the top right (Xactware or Symbility)
- Click the checkbox next to the assignment and click Link
