Adding a new Reason for Closing
To add a new Reason for Closing to your dropdown when closing a job, follow these steps:
- Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your Dash environment.
- Click on Job Settings
- From the page, select Reason for Closing
- Click the Add new Record button
Edit a Reason for Closing
To add a new Reason for Closing to your dropdown when closing a job, follow these steps:
- Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your Dash environment.
- Click on Job Settings
- From the page, select Reason for Closing
- Click Edit next to the Reason for Closing that you would like to edit
Removing a Reason for Closing option
To remove a Reason for Closing do the following:
- Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your Dash environment.
- Click on Job Settings
- From the page, select Reason for Closing
- Locate the Reason for Closing that you want to remove and then press the red X to the right of the item.
