Adding a new Reason for Closing

To add a new Reason for Closing to your dropdown when closing a job, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your Dash environment.
  2. Click on Job Settings
  3. From the page, select Reason for Closing
  4. Click the Add new Record button

 


Edit a Reason for Closing

To add a new Reason for Closing to your dropdown when closing a job, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your Dash environment.
  2. Click on Job Settings
  3. From the page, select Reason for Closing
  4. Click Edit next to the Reason for Closing that you would like to edit

 


Removing a Reason for Closing option

To remove a Reason for Closing do the following:

  1. Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your Dash environment.
  2. Click on Job Settings
  3. From the page, select Reason for Closing
  4. Locate the Reason for Closing that you want to remove and then press the red X to the right of the item.
