DASH Weekly Release

• Checklists can now be deleted from jobs. This is a security-backed feature, and the security will default to on. The security is found under the Slideboard section, nested under Checklists
• Updating the Date of Majority Completion will now update lien rights to reflect that change in date. 
• The automatic note added when a job date is entered, modified, or removed will now also display the date and time that action was taken and the time zone they were in. If a note is received by DASH from a third party, the date will display in UTC and will be labeled as such.
• When completing a DASH Compliance Task that sets a future date, the corresponding note will now have the proper date and time.
