Issue

• Unable to add moisture readings in MICA
• Surface Material not showing on website
• Moisture meters not populating
• Moisture meters do not save
• No dropdown options when entering readings

Solution

If you are unable to add moisture readings or cannot add a moisture meter, try the following:

• Mitigate App -Navigate to the Home screen of the app, choose Downloads from the menu, and tap Download All. If this does not populate Moisture Meters and Materials, please attempt an expired session.
• Mitigate Website - Add yourself to the user's location, download the loss to the Mitigate app and export to the server. Materials and Meters should populate on the server for selection. Please notify a Tier II that a workaround was performed and confirm if further escalation is required.
