Have feedback you want to share? Join Aha! At CoreLogic, we are committed to continuously enhancing our products to better serve our customers' evolving needs. One of the ways we achieve this is through our Aha! Ideas portal, a platform designed to track and prioritize customer feature requests. 


Aha! Ideas is the heartbeat of our customer-centric approach. The website provides a space for you to share your thoughts, track progress of user feature requests, and give feedback to our Product team. Whether you have a suggestion for a new feature, an enhancement to an existing one, or simply want to voice your opinion, Aha! empowers you to be a part of our product development journey.

Requesting an account

Ready to join the conversation on Aha! Ideas? Requesting an account is easy. Simply reach out to our support team at support.restoration@corelogic.com, and they will assist you in setting up your account. Please provide the name(s) and email address(es) of those who need access. 




Creating a Feature Request (Idea)

Ready to share your innovative thoughts? Follow these simple steps to create a new idea on Aha:

  1. Navigate to the Aha! Ideas website: Log in to your account and click on "Add New Request" to start the process.
  2. Select the Relevant Product: Choose the product you want to provide feedback on from the dropdown menu. Your input will be directed to the appropriate team for consideration.
  3. Craft Your Idea: In the provided fields, add a descriptive subject line/summary to capture the essence of your idea. Then, delve into the details, providing context, use cases, or any other pertinent information to support your suggestion.
  4. Share Your Idea: Once you're satisfied with your idea, hit the "Share" button to submit it to our team. Your input will be carefully reviewed and considered as we prioritize future developments.
  5. Keep Track: keep track of your idea submission via the website - we also provide email updates when the status of an Aha! is changed.

Please note that the status of an inquiry is subject to change and is not guaranteed to be final.


Needs Review
This request will be reviewed by our Product Team and is awaiting one of the statuses below.
Under Consideration
This request has been reviewed, and it is possible to accomplish; however, we are awaiting more user feedback and votes. 
Future Consideration
This would likely make a great addition to the product. We expect to revisit this request in the future; however, we don't see getting to it within the next 12 to 18 months.
Likely to Do
This is a great request and something we would like to accomplish. Once a request is in this status, it will be aligned with our roadmap. A timeframe has not yet been specified.
Planned
This request has been fully vetted and is being handed off to our development team. 
Unlikely To Do
This request has been moved into this status due to insufficient votes and support from our user community. We receive over 2000 enhancement requests per year, and we are unable to accommodate all enhancement requests from all users. You are still welcome to vote on requests in this status as we are open to moving ideas forward based on further customer engagement. 
Will Not Do
This request has been moved into this status due to insufficient votes and support from our user community. We receive over 2000 enhancement requests per year, and we are unable to accommodate all enhancement requests from all users. You are still welcome to vote on requests in this status as we are open to moving ideas forward based on further customer engagement.
