Editing Route Stops and Route order

Answer

You can adjust the order of any particular Company that is assigned to a Route in CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM). To do this you will want to follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) system
  2. Navigate to the Company contact that you want to adjust in the Route stop order
  3. Once the Contact is open, click on the Company Information tab
  4. Make sure that the Company contact is associated with a Route, if it is not, you cannot edit the Route Stop order. If the Company is not associated with a Route, the Route Stop list will appear blank
  5. Click on the magnifying glass on the Route Stop field
  6. In the popup window, you should see a list of all companies which are associated to the same Route that the Company contact is.
  7. Select the companies and use the up/down arrows on the right-hand side to reorder them. Click update to save your changes
