Answer
You can adjust the order of any particular Company that is assigned to a Route in CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM). To do this you will want to follow the steps below:
- Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) system
- Navigate to the Company contact that you want to adjust in the Route stop order
- Once the Contact is open, click on the Company Information tab
- Make sure that the Company contact is associated with a Route, if it is not, you cannot edit the Route Stop order. If the Company is not associated with a Route, the Route Stop list will appear blank
- Click on the magnifying glass on the Route Stop field
- In the popup window, you should see a list of all companies which are associated to the same Route that the Company contact is.
- Select the companies and use the up/down arrows on the right-hand side to reorder them. Click update to save your changes
