Solution
Follow these steps if you cannot locate the DASH Account 4 web console:
Locate the Console
DASH contains a web console located under the More tab. If the option does not appear, verify your security settings (see below).
Verify Security Rights
Ensure your user profile has the required permissions enabled:
Hover over Administration > click on Employee / Security Settings > Security (or Group Security)
Reach out to an administrator if you do not have access to securities
Select the Employee's name (or Role/Title) from dropdown in top right corner.
Expand More > enable DASH Account.
Check Feature Activation
Contact your administrator to verify that your company has DASH Account 4 enabled for your environment.
