Issue

• After clicking on the DASH Account 3 (DA3) icon on your desktop nothing happens, and the application does not open.
• Cannot open DA3
• Unable to find Dash Account 3 console on computer

Solution

The reason this happens is because DA3 runs in the background after the application window is closed.

1. Click on the "^" up arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of your desktop (to the left of your PC clock and date)
2. You should see a small circular, blue icon for your DA3 application.
   
   
3. Click on the icon and select "Show Console".
