Answer
You can set up email alerts/reminders for appointments and tasks within your CRM (fka Luxor) environment. To do so you'll want to follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings > Device Settings in CRM (fka Luxor)
- Click Add New and enter your email address
- Click the Save icon
- Now, whenever you go to create an appointment or task, check the box next to Reminder and set the reminder time (how early before the Task or Appointment that you want to be emailed). Then select the email from the Device list.
