If you are looking for the Marketing Module, but you can’t see it in Restoration CRM, here are a few things to check:
- Check the user's security groups:the user may be missing securities if your company has the Marketing Module enabled. Here's how to check (will require access to User Management):
- Click on your profile in top right hand corner of CRM > select User Management
- Click on any employee from list on left-hand menu
- Locate Security Groups section
- Check to see if you have the Marketing Full, Marketing Creator, Marketing Limited roles available.
- Add one of those to the user and upon refresh, they should see the new module in their left-hand CRM modules menu.
- Don't see the Marketing Security Groups in User Management? If you are the Admin and do not see the Security Groups mentioned above, it’s possible your company doesn’t have this feature enabled.
