1. Click My Active from the View drop down menu.

This will isolate contacts where you are listed as the Responsible Rep.

2. Click GO.

3. Select Individuals tab.

4. Click Clients Lacking Interaction icon

5. Note the Name and other contact information. You will need this information to enter your task note to clear the Clients Lacking Interaction flag.

6. Open quick action menu.

7. Click Tasks.

8. Click Create Task.

9. Select Marketing Task.

10. Click the Enter contact name field and search for the contact name.

11. Select the Marketing Activity from the drop down menu.

12. Click the Enter task description field. Enter a note regarding your activity.

Verify the dates and times for the start and end of the activity.

13. Enter the Completion Date and mark the Task Completed field.

14. Assign yourself as the Assigned Resources.

15. Click Save & Close.

16. If you want to confirm the interaction has cleared the client from the report, navigate back to the Contact Manager and you will see the number of clients decreased. You can also click into the report again for further verification.
