Answer
There are two ways to reset/update your password for your Restoration CRM (fka Luxor) account:
- Forgot Password link on the login page
- Manually resetting your password
Forgot your password?
If you are having issues logging into your account or do not remember your password, you can reset your password from the login screen by clicking on Forgot your password?
- You will be asked for your username and email associated with your account.
- Once you submit the information, you should receive an email with instructions on resetting your password. Check your Spam and Junk folders if you do not see the email.
Manual PW Reset
If you are not receiving the password reset emails, a Restoration CRM (fka Luxor) admin can reset it for you. You will need to locate someone in your office who has access to the Admin > User Management. They will need to follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to Admin > User Management
- Locate the user who needs a password reset
- Locate the Password field under the User Information section of the profile page
- Type in a new, temporary password and select Save at the top of the page
- The user will then need to log in with that password and update it once they get logged in (see this section below on how to update your password)
Updating your Password
Once you have access to your CRM account and you need to update your password, you can do so by navigating to Settings.
- From Settings, click on Username & Password
- This page allows you to update both your username and password
