Issue
- Unable to log into Luxor and receive this error message: This user is not permitted to log in. Please contact your administrator.
- Missing a Restoration CRM (fka Luxor) license
Solution
This message is caused by the user's profile missing a required User License.
The steps below can only be completed by a Luxor user who has access to the Admin > User Management section of the system:
- Navigate to Admin > User Management
- Locate and click on the user's name to access their profile
- Scroll to the bottom of their profile to the "Licenses" section
- Move the "User License" from the "Available licenses" column over to the "User licenses" column on the right
