Issue
- Loss is in MICA but I cannot find it on the MICA mobile app
Solution
If you are using the mobile app and having issues locating a loss using the Loss Search option on the mobile app:
- Log out of the app
- Clear your credentials
- Log back in and download the Master Data list
- Search the loss by claim number on the mobile app
Is your loss not showing in MICA at all and is sourced from XactAnalysis or Claims Connect?
- XactAnalysis assignment is not in MICA
- Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) assignment is not in MICA
If your results do not populate please contact Support via Live Chat, by email at support.restoration@corelogic.com, or by phone at 866-769-7855 and provide the following information:
- Claim number
- Customer name
- Company/MICA ID
- Mitigate (fka MICA) device (desktop, mobile app, or web)
- Insurance program for the loss (if applicable)
