Adding an employee photo for Engage (fka ProAssist)

  • How can I add a photo to my Engage (fka ProAssist) customer portal?



Answer



ProAssist can display a photo of you (or your employees) for the "On the way" status card in the Engage customer portal.

Any employee/user can add a photo of themselves by doing the following:

  1. Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon within your DASH environment
  2. Click on Employee
  3. Navigate to the profile you would like to add a photo to
  4. Click Edit next to the profile name
  5. Once you are on the employee's profile page, locate the Employee Details section
  6. Click Choose File to choose a profile image
  7. Click Upload and then Save at the top of the profile to save your changes


Once you have a photo saved to your profile, it will display for property owners within the ProAssist portal.
