- How can I add a photo to my Engage (fka ProAssist) customer portal?
Answer
ProAssist can display a photo of you (or your employees) for the "On the way" status card in the Engage customer portal.
Any employee/user can add a photo of themselves by doing the following:
- Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon within your DASH environment
- Click on Employee
- Navigate to the profile you would like to add a photo to
- Click Edit next to the profile name
- Once you are on the employee's profile page, locate the Employee Details section
- Click Choose File to choose a profile image
- Click Upload and then Save at the top of the profile to save your changes
Once you have a photo saved to your profile, it will display for property owners within the ProAssist portal.
