Updating the Time Zone in DASH

Issues

  • Timestamps on the calendar are not correct
  • Notes do not show the correct timestamp
  • Timestamps on Dates are not correct
  • Timestamps are not accurate

 


Solution

If you notice any timestamp discrepancies in your DASH system, it is potentially due to your time zone settings within your DASH profile.

 Follow the steps below to update your time zone:

  1. Hover over Administration and click on Employee / Security Settings
  2. Then click on User Preferences
  3. From there locate the Time Zone option
  4. As an added step, also make sure that the time set on your computer/PC itself is correct
