Timestamps are not correct in the Import window

Question

The Dash Account 3 (for QuickBooks Desktop) import window shows the wrong time stamp (hours ahead or behind the correct time)
Why is the timestamp not correct in the DA3 import screen?

Answer

All of the timestamps in the Dash Account 3 import window are set to UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). There is, at this time, no way to adjust those settings to another time zone/setting.
