Disclaimer

If you claim was dispatched by your franchise, you may need to have our Support team or your dispatch center create a new division/linked job on your behalf. Please reach out to your corporate call center/dispatch team for assistance in adding a new division on a dispatched claim.

You can create a new division (aka a linked job/claim) to your current job within your DASH environment by following the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the job/claim that you want to add a new division to
  2. Scroll down to the Job Information section and click Create Linked Job +
  3. Choose the division type from the Division dropdown and add any internal participants
  4. Click Save
  5. The page will refresh. Scroll down to the Job Information section and you should see your new division added
