Note
Anything changed within the Settings section of CRM (fka Luxor) only affects your profile. Settings are user-specific. Users must configure these alerts from within their own profile.
You can choose to get an email alert/notification from CRM upon certain events. This feature will only work if the user has an email address added to their profile in CRM.
- Click on Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your CRM environment.
- Click on Personal Settings > Luxor Alert Settings
- Choose "Yes" or "No" to turn on or off alerts for each alert type
- Click Save to save your changes.
