Email alerts for Appointment Invitations, Tasks, Records

Question

  • How can I set up email notifications if I have an appointment invitation, am assigned a Task in CRM (fka Luxor), or have been assigned a record in CRM (fka Luxor)?
  • Can I set up Email Alerts for other users?
  • How can I turn off email alerts/notifications from CRM?

Note

Anything changed within the Settings section of CRM (fka Luxor) only affects your profile. Settings are user-specific. Users must configure these alerts from within their own profile.

You can choose to get an email alert/notification from CRM (fka Luxo) upon certain events. This feature will only work if the user has an email address added to their profile in CRM.

  1. Click on Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your CRM environment.
  2. Click on Personal Settings > Luxor Alert Settings
  3. Choose "Yes" or "No" to turn on or off alerts for each alert type
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
