Answer

There are two sections of the report and jobs will show as either Work Performed (bottom part of the report) or No Work Performed (top part of the report). While it may appear that the reasons for closing a job are duplicated, it is simply that some jobs with the same reason for closing are falling into both the Work Performed and Work Not Performed sections.

It is important to note that depending on the date range you selected before generating the report, your older reasons for closing which were removed/inactivated could also show here.
