Answer
Setting up an integration between your XactAnalysis (XA) and DASH environments allows your information and assignments to flow between systems.
- Locate your Xactnet address and Xact ID
- If you are not sure what your Xact ID is, follow these steps:
- Open XactAnalysis
- Go to Administration > Company Setup and Exports and get the "Account ID".
- NOTE: if you do not have access to "Company Setup and Exports" then you will need to reach out to your administrator or to Xactware for assistance with your security access.
- Once you have your Xactnet Address and Xact ID, navigate to your DASH environment.
- Once you are logged in, go to Administration > Company Settings > Office (NOTE: some Franchises do not have security access to this area of DASH, reach out to our Support team if you are unable to access Administration > Company Settings > Office).
- Click on "Edit Xacnet Address" next to the office that you would like this XA account linked to
- You will want to add the Xactnet Address here and save.
- Next, you will need to reach out to our support team so that we can enable the integration from the backend.
- ENSURE you have added the appropriate provider level IDs to all Offices in your DASH environment.
