Remove / edit accounting record number (ARN)

Question

How can I remove the Accounting Record Number (ARN) from a job in DASH?
How can I edit the ARN in DASH?

Answer

Once an ARN is added to a job in DASH it cannot be edited/removed from the DASH website. However, our Support team can remove it on our end so that you can add in a new one.
