If you are interested in registering for any programs (FNOL insurance carrier programs, network/TPA programs, etc.) for Validate (fka QA Assist) or Mitigate (fka MICA), please see this the links below for more information:

Register for New Program

Click this link to be taken to the program registration form. 

NOTE: you will need to create a (free) account in order to submit a registration request. This allows you to keep track of your request and add any additional information after submission.

Confirming Active Programs / Misc Request

Need to confirm which FNOL programs you are registered to receive? See steps below:

1. NOTE: viewing your company's registered FNOL programs will require administrative rights/access. If you cannot locate the sections below, it is likely because you are not an Admin in the MICA system. Please reach to your administrator.
2. Open up MICA web in your browser
3. Navigate to Administrative Tasks
4. Select Franchise Info 
5. Select My Franchises
6. From here you can view the registered FNOL insurance carrier programs your company is signed up for
