DA4 for QBO shows "idle" status

Question

The Dash Account 4 console / agent is displaying an idle status
What does it mean when DA4 is idle

Answer

Idle status means that there are no new items to sync from QuickBooks within the past 3 hours. This doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue.
