RSA Crypto Key Failures (TestRsaKeyStore Error)
If the Windows User Profile was migrated or the domain changed, DA4 loses access to the Windows DPAPI credential store and cannot decrypt its local agent state, crashing on launch.

Fix 1

Abandon the corrupted profile .

Create a new Windows user profile > Reinstall DA4 > Register a new agent, and request an Agent Merge.

Fix 2

Fix 2: Exit DA4 and run it from the command line with the purge flag: %LOCALAPPDATA%\NextGearSolutions\DashAccount\DA\DA4.exe -purgeCrypt

Fix 3

Manually locate and delete the orphaned RSA key > Navigate to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA.

Open the binary files in a text editor to find the one containing the string "DashAccount" > Delete it to force a new key generation on launch.
