Exporting losses to the cloud

Answer

Mitigate utilizes new background syncing functionality to seamlessly synchronize your data in the background. Once you save your data, it automatically initiates background syncing in a queue and will push the data once you are within strong WiFi or Cellular connections. 


However, exporting your data at the end of your work day day serves as a crucial safety measure. This process ensures that all locally stored job data, including notes, photos, and updates, is transferred to the MICA cloud. This makes the information readily accessible on the MICA web platform and available for download by your coworkers during future visits.

To export your losses follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to the loss within the Mitigate mobile application
  2. On the Snapshot view, scroll to the right in the card menu and select Export
  3. On the Export page you have the option to:
    • Update the Project Status
    • Enter when the next scheduled visit is. 
    • Choose to end the current visit at the time you are exporting. 
  4. Hit the Upload button to complete your Export
