Documents automatically marked as complete

Why do some of my documents automatically mark themselves as complete?
Documents are being auto-marked as complete

Does the document have any signatures or form fields?

Templates/documents without form fields or signature fields will automatically upload to the job as a PDF and be marked as completed.
