- How can I convert my old File Builder templates into new documents?

Once converted the Job Filebuilder version of the template will no longer be accessible in the Job Filebuilder and will be only available in the Document Generator.

- Hover over More > Document Generator
- Locate the template that you want to convert from the list and click on the magic wand icon
- After clicking on the magic wand icon, you will be taken to the new document generator editor screen. Click Continue on the popup
- When your template is converted from its old HTML format to the new doc gen format, your signatures fields will not be brought over. You will need to manually re-add them back to the document.
- Scan through the document to re-add forms or signatures.
- Scan over the document and check for any minor adjustments in the formatting
- Click Save at the top of the document to save your changes
