Settings overview

The CRM (fka Luxor) Management Report is an automated weekly report that is emailed to the added recipients/users every Monday morning.

You can edit some of the components of the report by going into the Admin section of CRM (fka Luxor) and clicking on Management Report Settings. See the sections below for commonly asked questions regarding the weekly Management Report settings.

Adding marketers/salespeople to the report

How to add users/salespeople whose information will be displayed in the report:

  • First, they must be added to the Salesperson security group for their info to be displayed in the report. You can add them to this security group by going to Admin -> Security Group Management -> Salesperson (fka Marketer)

Adding additional recipients

Note

Users without the Sales Manager security group will not appear to be added in the "Employees who will receive the email" section within Management Report Settings. If you do not see a user to add here, make sure they have the Sales Manager security group added to their profile within Admin > User MA

You can add additional users to receive the weekly report by going to the Admin section in Luxor and clicking on "Management Report Settings". From there, you should see a section that says, "Employees who will receive the email". You can check the boxes next to the names of employees/users who you'd like to receive the weekly email.

This data is dictated by the invoice amount on jobs that the individual OWNS. NOTE: marketers/salespeople own jobs by owning the Contact which is then listed as the referred by on the Job.
