Settings overview
The Restoration CRM™ Management Report is an automated weekly email delivered every Monday morning. You can customize various components of this report by navigating to the Admin section and clicking on Management Report Settings.
Here are the instructions for common settings adjustments:
- Adding Staff Data to the Report (Marketers/Salespeople) - To ensure an employee's activity and revenue data are included in the report:
- The user must be assigned to the Salesperson security group in CRM
- Navigate to Admin -> Security Group Management -> Salesperson (fka Marketer)
- Add the desired users here
- Adding New Email Recipients - To add users who will receive the weekly report email:
- Go to Admin -> Management Report Settings.
- Locate the "Employees who will receive the email" section
- Check the boxes next to the names of the desired recipients.
- Important Note: Users must have the Sales Manager security group on their profile to appear in this list. If you don't see a user, check their profile in Admin > User Management to ensure this group is added.
- Customizing Included Activity Types- You can define what actions count as "activities" in the weekly report:
- Navigate to Admin -> Management Report Settings.
- From here, you can add or remove the activity types that are tallied in the report.
- Understanding Revenue Stats Calculation: The Revenue Stats section tracks the revenue brought in by each individual over different periods:
- Data Source: Revenue is calculated based on the invoice amount associated with jobs that the individual OWNS.
- Defining Ownership: Marketers/salespeople are considered to OWN a job if they own the related Contact record, and that Contact is subsequently listed as the "referred by" on the Job.
