Answer
It's important to note that the PIN is linked to the password, so if you update your password, but not the PIN, it will be the same as trying to log in with the old password.
To fix it, next time or this time, try the following steps after updating your password:
- Resetting your PIN from the login screen
- Resetting your PIN from within the mobile app
Resetting your PIN from the login screen
- Select "Cancel" on the PIN code screen to go back to the login screen
- Enter your Company ID, Username, and Password on the login screen
- Select "Enable PIN Code Login" button (Green means enabled)
- Enter a 4 Digit PIN Code
- Re-enter 4 Digit PIN Code
Resetting your PIN from within the mobile app
If you are already logged into the mobile app you can reset it by following the instructions below:
- Login without the PIN by tapping the green dot next to Enable PIN Login. That disables it.
- Once you've logged in, you'll need to tap the 3 bars at the top left.
- Scroll down to Settings, and there they should tap Enable PIN Login
- Enter then confirm/re-enter the PIN you want to use. It can be the same as the previous one.
